Probably the Worst fishing day

Sad, huh..

As usual my day started off slowly, I woke up at 430pm, feeling all sweaty and shit thinking todays going to be like every other day, TV n dine-ins.

Fortunately, Mark calls and so I end up in his house playing Xbox which happens to be the case everytime he calls haha. After that my Officer in Charge, Royal Highness of the Queen of the Damned calls, so I rush down to her location, Brekos, reeling from shock that the Oois actually spent $61 on KFC delivery!!

I met the much talked abt Yewsong, aka Yewtengs brother (duh) haha nice guy, funny and blatant like YT. I was inspired by their beer drinking abilities so i drank 1 myself. After shopping for miscellaneous trash, we both headed home to watch Nat Geo's INSIDE:NORTH KOREA.. Which was.. amazing!! seeing how the N.Koreans respect Kimmy Ill as a God. Son of god to be exact, ridiculous..

Shortly after Officer in Charge, Royal Highness of the Queen of the Damned left my crib, decided to head down to Pandan Reservoir for more illegal fishing! this time with Nicky n Lanny Barbie (daniel). WHAT THE HELL?! If you think no bites are bad enough, i.. (don't laugh)

Lost a rig to the Ropes! Nicky lost part of his 2nd toe flesh to a broken beer bottle, but thanks to my sruvival skills i learnt as a TRADOC storeman/ clerk, I improvised a bandage to stop his bleeding, else he might have died like the many tilapias we've pawned.

Thus, at 3.00am (Very EARLY by my fishing standards) we packed and left, just after daniel landed a..... tilapia...... AGAIN....zzzzz haha anyway we could'nt have left without catching a fish couldwe? ^5 TEAM ILLEGAL!!

We normally hit at least 5 fishes, tilapia or not at Pandan, today was just.. the worst fishing daY eveRs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :( so depressed now... that I have to resort to therapeutic gay activities such as going to cook to easse my fumesZz

Good day at the office(longkang) today, 5 mekong catfishes in quick sucession, but what the F happened to them after that.. Monsoon season = catfish sex frenzy ?
Abu Garcia, Special Ops and Audrey getting their FREAK on!! No catch though for both of us.. more of a chillout/food poisoning night, disproportionate sinkers, lines, hook sizes and length of rod made my casting WEAK..
Sentosa has realy changed though, its so urban and depressing now...whatever happened to the twin towers at the southern most point of Southeast Asia? They should have reported that they were tearing it down!! Many memories made there u know.. :(...:)

Man Vs Wild

haha nigggaaaa... i told ya i was going to try out some man vs wild stuff. This is yesterdays catch on todays dinner table! Woke up just in time to snap this bugger, my dad had already swallowed the other one. See i knew i would do them proud and repay them some day for their TLC :) Tasted like any other fish, no oil, mercury, muddy aftertaste, just a little on the bonnny side. OLE!!!!!!!!!!!

Real agree double deal for Fletcher and O'Shea

Real Madrid have scored a major summer transfer coup by swooping for highly-rated English-based duo Darren Fletcher and John O'Shea.


Most of the best clubs in Europe, including Chelsea and Barcelona, have been linked with one of the pair at some stage over the past few months.
But a flying visit to England by Galactico's sporting director Pedrag Mijatovic has proved exceptionally fruitful.
Fees have been agreed with the players' club, Manchester United and personal terms have also been sorted out.
All that remains are the medicals before the formal conclusion of the transfers are announced.
No-one expected Real manager Capello to act so quickly in the market, with the overall fees for all two men likely to exceed the £25million mark, the first major cash splurge since ????? controversial buyout almost two years ago.
'Real Madrid Football Club is delighted to announce it has agreed terms in principle with Manchester United for the purchase of the registrations of Fletcher and O'shea,' said a club statement.
'Personal terms have been agreed and a formal announcement will take place once the necessary administrative procedures, including medicals, have been completed.'
Fletcher has been one of the most sought-after young talents in the game since he was given the captain's armband for Scotland's World Cup Qualifying Campaign.

Real have been tailing O'shea for some time but appeared to have been thwarted in their attempts to sign him when it was suggested the 24-year-old was ready to extend his stay with Man Utd after clinching the EPL title.
However, the proposed contract remained unsigned, allowing Capello to step in and snap up the Irish international.
Capello will cross his fingers and hope his new arrivals enjoy the same kind of success as the last player he signed from England, fans favourite David Beckham.
Their arrivals should certainly help the fans feel at ease, particularly if the midfielder's friend David Beckham is sold this summer as expected.
It is certainly an astute piece of business by Capello, who realises two of his main defensive rocks, Cannavaro and Emerson - while outstanding this season - are reaching the end of their careers.
With the likelihood of another big-name striker being signed, Real have signalled a statement of intent for the new campaign.
All the new arrivals will make their bows on the club's pre-season Far East tour.

Catch Reports! Sai Kung..!

Finaly after so much disappointment over fishing in HK, we got on a boat to fish offshore in SAIKUNG, yet another fishing village, this was much more promising.
Of our many decent table size catches, i landed this interesting little fella, the Octopus haha. It was squirting black ink all over as i hauled it up, by the time we took the picture, it had turned black itself..

This was everything we caught for the 3 hours.. if not for getting a little seasick, i think we could have opened our own seapoot restaurant. Above is me sorting out the catches for the uncle on his boat, he actually sells them from the boat, this is the customer's view.. :)

FISHING~! Lamma Island

Lamma Island was supposed 2 be a fishing paradise rock fishing, surf fishing, offshore, whatever. We lugged our metador surecatch rod holder, all 6.6ft of it acrooss hong kongs islands, hiked for about 10KM?!?!?! all over the hills in search of a good spot, when there was none, even if there were it was extremely inaccessible... ok another disappointing day, but good exercise though HAHA
Finally at ONE of the peaks of Lamma Island.
Wanted to get this dried puffer, but figured i would have check in probs after that, soo this will do :)

I find this very funny as this chair was facing the great ocean view at the peak, but there was so much plant growth it blocked everything out, tourists observing the scenic view would have looked like this.. hehe

Not that good a DAY

This was shenzhen and the the only picture we haave of it because it sucked so badly we din even bother to stay for long.. The Chinamen are soo rude, besides pushing, they spit on the floor, throw their rubbish happily all over the malls, dig their noses, fart, cheat, lie, are impatient and are constantly frowning. Not the believed shopping HAVEN

And... this was our hostel for 3 nights, $18 SGD a night, with national geographic and soft core porn channels toilet and airconditioning we couldnt have asked for more.. COSMIC HOTEL - Korean based..

This is the ONLY photo we took in Shenzhen plainly cos there was nothing else to take. We hate that place just in case you didn't already know. Also cos the menu was all in Chinese, and we took like 10minutes to decipher one dish, with an impatient CHINA WOMAN waiting over our shoulders.

We couldn't take China any longer so we left and I brought them to God's gift to shopaholics, the beautiful Mongkok. This is the goldfish market where the entire street was just shops and shops of ... fishes.

The guys were so impressed by the streets of Mongkok they went trigger happy. And to recover from their shopping drought in Shenzhen, went crazy in shopping there too.

The highest point in Hong Kong..

I still cannot believe that im still on the same day, this makes blogging very tiring.. But our days are just sooo eventful, I truly unestimated Hong Kong and Oceans park man.On the cable car to the lowlands, the kiddy land! after conquering the highlands. I think im a pussy man cunt head, even on this cable car, i was trembling n i never let go of the handles. The cable car was VerRy high up!! and it dint help that a cable car plummeted 500m in Lantau Island just 2 days earlier.
My scores were 76 and 84. Audrey beat me for the first hit, but i blame my hammer which was heavier. The scores were over 160 :) hehe yaya whatever!

The grey mist is actually the clouds, within touching distance. In the clouds actually, it was so surreal.. It got really cold after a while and the skyline was blocked out :( I cant imagine that there are still condos around this area..
Finally the clouds dissipated..

The Atoll (wtf?) Reef Aquarium, beats Underwater World anytime, top + two lower levels of viewing!
This barracuda will weigh abt 8kg, hope to land this fish soon, a true predator.
Shone n the Stingray, quite tiny, nothing much, hoping to catch this fish soon as well :), gtg sleep now, OC angry liaoZzz..
